Amy and Sarah teach lessons 7 days a week, year round, thanks to our lovely indoor riding arena. Lessons are booked online at www.learstables.acuityscheduling.com where you can see available times, cancel your appointment or reschedule. Our lessons are private and semi private (3 people maximum) and they last 1 hour. Private hourly lessons are $55, if you are a new rider, your lesson will include some horsemanship skills where you will learn to lead, groom, tack, and safely handle your horse from the ground. This is included as part of the lesson until the rider becomes proficient enough to do these things on their own. Expect this to be 10-15 minutes of your lesson (first lesson will take the longest.) Semi-private lessons are $45 per person and scheduled by request only. If you and your friend or a family member want to share a lesson, contact us directly to make sure we can accomodate you. We believe in giving high quality lessons every time, so if your group requires more than one instructor or an assistant, we can make sure the right staff is available. Pre paid lesson discounts are available, inquire for more detail. Lessons are dressage and eventing based, with an emphasis on rider and horse safety, a balanced position, correct basics, and fun. We have riders of all ages and abilities with a variety of goals, and we are happy to asssit you whether you plan to be a weekend trail rider or a competitive show rider. Our variery of well-schooled lesson horses will be sure you are matched with a horse best suited to help you achieve your goals.
